Lemons

The lemon tree is an evergreen plant that bears fruit and flowers at the same time. The essential oils, which are responsible for the typical lemon aroma, are found in the skin. Due to its versatility, it is in season all year round. In the meantime, we are able to cover the entire year with Spanish lemons, weather permitting. Our customers and the climate are very happy about that.

Did you know? … Lemons only turn yellow as they ripen, but are already ripe and edible when green. At the beginning of the season, the green, ripe fruits are harvested and degreened in chambers.
