Blueberries
Cultivated blueberries grow on bushes that can reach a height of up to 2 metres. Accordingly, the fruits are much larger than those of the forest blueberries.
Did you know …In cultivated blueberries, the blue pigment is only found in the skin; the juice and the flesh are delicately yellowish. Thus, one does not get the typical “blue mouth” when eating them. They also differ significantly in flavour from forest blueberries.
