Since January 2024, our company has had a three-person team dedicated to the topic of sustainability. The three-person working group consists of employees from the areas of quality management, management, HR and marketing. The composition of the team reflects our goal of taking a comprehensive approach to sustainability and looking at it from different perspectives – from strategic corporate management to internal and external communication and right through to our value chain.
We are therefore particularly pleased that the young team can draw on the expertise of various relevant areas within the company in order to establish the most efficient strategy possible throughout the company.
Llombart consistently focuses on further training and the targeted exchange of knowledge in order to fulfil its responsibility towards the environment and society. We encourage our employees to undertake targeted further training.
For example, our Sustainability working group can look back on a successfully completed six-month training programme in CSR and sustainability management. The new perspectives offered by an extra-occupational Master’s degree programme in Sustainable Management are also a constant factor in our decisions. This enables us to drive forward the path to greater sustainability not only with commitment, but also with a clear focus on effectiveness and efficiency and to anchor it in our corporate culture in the long term.
